Socialbliss, Contest, and New York Fashion Week

It should be no surprise that I am a sucker for a good contest. It’s true, I am. Why? Well one I get an incredible satisfaction for winning that eases the ego of my competitive side, but I also have a next to nothing amount of money so being able to win things makes things a bit easier. More than anything, however, it’s fun. If it is a contest that is easy, fun, and that provides a great prize, well, I don’t know why more people don’t join in. With that last part in mind, I present you a contest from Socialbliss.com. What is Socialbliss? Well, it is a bit like Pinterest but only focused on fashion and beauty. The other great thing about Socialbliss is that there is a strong sense of community and communication on the website, which makes it more dynamic and more interactive. As of right now, Socialbliss is hosting a contest in conjunction with Nolcha Fashion Week at New York Fashion Week. Nolcha is the show that presents new and independent designers to the fashion world. Right now Socialbliss is a media partner with the show and there is a whole Nolcha collection you can follow. The best part? When you register with the website and start clicking “haute” on your favorite images from your favorite Nolcha designers you are entered to win a $200 prize. I mean, come on, how easy is that. You log on, look at new designers, pick your favorite fashions, click haute, and it is as simple as that. Now, the winner will come from the designer with the most hautes, so make sure to tweet the images you like, pin them, Facebook them, comment on them, respot them, and get your friends and family involved. Did I mention there is a prize? And of course you can follow Socialbliss on Twitter, as well asĀ Nolcha Fashion Week. Who knows your influence could get more people behind your favorite designer and you might just win a $200 prize. With that in mind, here are some of my favorite images fromĀ Angelys Balek.
