Breakfast with Fashion

Bonjour readers,

Instead of going with a third person, professional bio, I thought a letter would be a bit more lovely.

To start with, I am Breanne Gratton, and I am a student at the University of Oregon majoring in magazine a through the School of Journalism and Communication with a minor in English. I am the creator, author, and do, well, everything for Breakfast with Fashion. In addition, I am the head interning editor for CollegeFashionista US and  CollegeFashionista International.

I have been featured on/in CollegeFashionista, Next In Fashion, the Oregon Daily Emerald, the Idaho Statesman and others. I have covered local Fashion Weeks, and have interviewed Northwest based and indie designers. In addition, for about five months, I was a copyeditor for Flux magazine’s print and online editions.

Now, on top of all of that, I have the most wonderful manfriend, who I positively adore and love. He truly is the greatest aspect of my life. Yes, even more amazing than the Louis Vuitton Fall 2011 show. I know, that one is hard to beat.

I absolutely love Audrey Hepburn and Breakfast at Tiffany’s, floral, nail polish, fashion, Chanel, McQueen, Stella McCartney, coffee, Kool-Aid, New York, the Yankees, femininity, reading, English, art, decor, blogging, Scattergories, lace, leather, fur, Gossip Girl, great cuisine, hotels, traveling, dainty desserts, oh, hell, I love a lot of things as you will see in this blog.

Post college, I am hoping to work in the fashion industry, either with blogging or in the magazine field, but, let’s be honest, I will take any career in the fashion world I can into.

I am always interested in what you readers want to see, are interested in, questioning, think, etc. so comments, notes, messages, tweets, etc. are always accepted.
